摘要
考察了增黏树脂SP 1068、D-RS和S-105对丁腈橡胶/树脂共混胶物理机械性能和与金属粘接性能的影响,并用扫描电镜和相差显微镜对其原因进行了分析。结果表明,辛基酚醛树脂SP 1068在丁腈橡胶中的分散效果较芳香类树脂更好,其用量为6.2份(质量,下同)时所得共混胶具有较好的拉伸、撕裂和剥离强度;D-RS用量为7.0份时共混胶与金属的粘接性能较好;而随S-105用量增加共混胶的粘接性能呈下降趋势。
The effects of amount of adhesive resin SP 1068, D-RS and S-I05 on the mechanical and bond properties of NBR/resin blends was investigated, and the reasons were analysed by using of scanning electron microscope and phase microscope. The results showed that when SP 1068 was 6.2 phr, the tensile strength, tear strength and peel strength of the blends were best, and the SP 1068 dispersed better than that of the others. The peel strength between rubber blend and metal was best with D-RS of 7.0 phr. However, the peel strength decreased with the increase of S-105 amount.
