摘要
介绍精益管理的产生与发展,引出精益管理的可借鉴之处,并对高校科研管理的重要性以及将精益管理引入高校科研管理的适用性进行分析,最后提出将精益管理应用于高校科研管理的具体方法。
This study introduced the emergence and development of lean management and its respective features that worth learning, analyzed the importance of science and research management of universities and the applicability of lean manage- ment in universities, and finally put forward the specific methods of applying lean management to science and research man- agement in universities.
