摘要
本文结合知识经济的有关特点,把系统论的观点引入到高校科研管理之中,并在探讨科研管理系统若干特征的基础上,提出了知识经济时代高校科研管理的若干对策。
This paper applies the systemic theory to analyze the management of scientific research in the age of knowledge economy ,and offers several advices in the end.
