摘要
精益管理是全球近20年的新的科学管理思想。文章结合标准化科研机构需要规范化发展的特点和问题,阐述了标准化科研机构推行精益管理重要性、具体途径和方法。
Lean management is a new scientific management thought developed nearly 20 years globally. Combining with standardized development characteristics and problems of institute of standardization, this paper expounds the importance, specific ways and methods for institute of standardization implementing lean management.
