摘要
目的:利用药库工作流程再造,提高效率,优化医院药品库存管理。方法:分析旧流程的问题,设计以销定采的采购供应模式和新流程,进行实施和评估。结果:实施以销定采和新流程后,工作程序简化、效率提高,药品库存大幅下降。结论:以销定采模式能实现药品零库存的管理目标。
Objective： Improve efficiency through business process reengineering of drug storage to optimize hospital drug inventory work.Methods：Analyze the problems in the old process, then design, implement, and assess new business process and purchase and supply model of purchase quantity rest with sales.Results：With the implementation of the new business process and purchase quantity rest with sales, work process have been simplified with increased efficiency. Drug pool inventory backup has been much reduced. Conclusion：Purchase quantity rest with sales can make the grade of zero inventory.
