The Evaluation of Enterprise Technological Innovation Capability based on the Model of “Knowledge Fermenting”——Taking Robot Enterprises as an Example

摘要 依托"融知发酵"理论,将企业技术创新能力评价指标划分为基于"融知发酵"模型的静态指标和基于发酵反馈过程的动态评价指标,对吉林省机器人企业技术创新能力进行评价:基于静态评价指标的分析可以看出企业需要增强知识母体的培育与供给,通过引进专业化人才,积极改善知识环境,努力拓展企业融资渠道;基于动态评价指标的分析可以看出企业需要将重心更多地关注于知识技术转化和技术产品转化这两大发酵反馈过程,对发酵反馈过程所暴露出来的问题做好相应引导,以便企业更加顺利地实现技术创新。 Based on the theory of "knowledge fermenting", the paper divides evaluation index of enterprise technological innovation capability into two categories the static index based on "knowledge fermenting" and the dynamic index based on fermenting feedback, and evaluates the innovation ability of robot enterprises in Jilin Province : based on the analysis of static evaluation index show enterprises need to strengthen the cultivation and supply of knowledge, introduce professional talent to actively improve the knowledge environment, and strive to expand corporate financing channels; based on the analysis of the dynamic evaluation index, enterprises need to focus more attention to the transformation of two fermentation process in the feedback transformation of knowledge and technology and technology of fermentation products; as to the exposed problem in feedback process, we should make the appropriate guidance to make the enterprise more smoothly achieve technological innovation.
