摘要
在政府部门广泛开展知识管理是实现政府决策科学化、提高行政效能的重要基础。文章从政府知识特点分析入手,研究了政府开展知识管理的目标和任务、难点和重点问题,对国家层面政府知识管理体系的关键环节构成及影响因素进行剖析,提出构建国家政府知识管理体系的相关措施及建议。
Exercising extensive knowledge management in the government department is the important foundation for realizing government scientific decision making and improving the administrative efficiency.Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of government knowledge,this paper studies the objective and task,and the difficulties and key issues of exercising government knowledge management,analyzes the key links and influencing factors of the government knowledge management system at the state level,and proposes some measures and advices for constructing the state government knowledge management system.
