摘要
文章从知识链角度出发,整合政府组织中的显性知识和隐性知识,建立政府组织中显性知识与隐性知识的转换模型;进一步探索政府组织中知识的获取与储存、知识的传播与共享、知识的应用和反馈过程,建立政府知识链模型。根据模型,按照政府知识链环节提出政府知识管理实施的途径,更清晰地确定政府实施知识管理的过程中每一环节需落实的工作。
Based on the knowledge chain, the paper integrates the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in the governmental organizations and establishes a knowledge transforming model for explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in the organizations. The paper analyzes the access and storage, sharing and distribution, application and feedback of knowledge in the governmental organizations, and builds a government knowledge chain model. Based on the model, the authors put forward the approaches for the government knowledge management, which makes it clear that the work is required to be performed in the process of the management.
