摘要
从知识的角度审视核心能力是这一领域新的研究热点,在这种背景下,基于知识发酵模型,探讨了核心能力的知识特性,并提出了基于知识发酵的组织核心能力形成框架,研究了其内在过程和机制,并指出了知识发酵对于组织核心能力的作用和意义。
At the same time, a new studying angle has occurred from whice the knowledge attribute is emphasized. Under these circumstances, this paper, based on the theory of knowledge fermenting, discusses the knowledge attribute of core competence,puts forward the framework of core competence, studies the internal process and mechanism and finally point out how this framework can be made use of in cultivating core competence.
