摘要
"四证合一"医学专业硕士研究生的培养方式,是目前医学教育资源相对紧缺情况下的一种新的探索形式。本文就医学专业硕士研究生培养过程中存在的问题,如何实现此培养模式的创新和优化进行了综述。提出切实落实导师负责制及学校、医院在完成培养计划中实行全程监管、督导的重要性。
The training model of ＂Four Licenses in One＂ professional master＇s degree of medicine is a new exploration that appear to suit the situation that medical education resources are relatively scarce. This article reviewed the problems during the training process, as well as the innovation and optimization of how to implement this training mode. We emphasize the importance of conscientiously implementation of tutor system and the full supervision and steering of hospitals and schools in training process.
