摘要
了解七年制临床医学生对其培养方式的满意情况。对某医院七年制临床医学生进行问卷调查。七年制临床医学生在选择专业、确定导师及导师管理方式等方面满意度较高,而在课程设置与考试方式、临床技能培训与考核方法等方面满意度较低。医院应结合满意度调查情况,优化七年制临床医学教育培养模式,提高教育质量。
Tolearnthe satisfactionof7-yearprogramstudents onculture mode,Questionnaire was used to survey the satisfaction of 7-year program students.The 7-year program students＇satisfaction is high in subject choice,mentor choice and management of mentor.In contrast,the satisfaction in curriculum and examination form,clinical skills training and examination method is low.Hospital manager should optimize the culture mode and improve the education quality in 7-year program.
