摘要
国家正式提出医教协同培养,实现了研究生教育与临床医师培养的全面对接,是临床医学教育改革的重大突破。江西中医药大学结合中医药学科特点及中医药人才培养规律,从管理体制、激励机制、导师观念、课堂教学、学业压力、学位论文、临床考核七个方面入手,进行改革和创新,建立了医教协同背景下中医专硕培养质量保障体系,完善了各质量保障环节,建立健全了相关制度,加大了对培养关键环节的监控,确保了中医专硕培养质量能够充分发挥医教协同优势。并且,通过五年的实践成果证明,该举措有效提升了该校临床中医专硕生人才培养质量。
The state has formally proposed "medical education cooperation" training, which has realized the comprehensive docking of postgraduate education and clinician training, which is a major breakthrough in the reform of clinical medicine education.Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese combining with the discipline characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the training law of Chinese medicine talents, medicine carried out reform and innovation from seven aspects, including management system, incentive mechanism, tutor concept, classroom teaching, academic pressure, dissertations, clinical assessment, etc., and established a quality assurance system for the cultivation of Chinese Medical Postgraduates under the background of medical education cooperation, improved various quality assurance links, and established and improved the relevant system. To ensure the quality of the training, we can give full play to the collaborative advantages of medical education.In addition, the five-year practice results show that the measures effectively improve the quality of the training of clinical Chinese medicine postgraduates.
