摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定复方鱼腥草合剂中连翘苷的含量。采用Agela Promosil C18(250mm×4mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸(24∶76),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为277nm。结果 :连翘苷在0.051 2μg^0.512 0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为99.0%(n=6)。本方法专属性强,准确、快速,适用于复方鱼腥草合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of phillyrin in Compound Herba Houttuyniae mixture.Methods Agela Promosil C18（250mm× 4mm,5μm）column,the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid（24∶76）,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the detection wavelength was 277 nm.Results：phillyrin was 0.051 2~0.512 0μg good linear relationship （r=0.999 4）,the average recovery rate was99.0%（n=6）.Conclusion：the method is specific,accurate,rapid,and suitable for quality control of compound Houttuynia cordata Houttuynia mixtur.
