摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定退热解毒注射液中连翘苷的含量。方法采用Acclaim 120 C18色谱柱,乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速:1.2mL.min-1,检测波长:205nm,柱温:27℃。结果连翘苷在1.047～10.470mg.L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.2%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于退热解毒注射液中连翘苷的的测定。
Objective A HPLC for determination of forsythin in Tuire Jiedu Injection was established.Methods A Acclaim120 C18 column was used with acetonitrile and water（25∶75） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.2mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 205nm and the column temperature was 27℃.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1.047～10.470mg·L-1.The average recovery was 100.2%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for the determination of forsythin in Tuire Jiedu Injection.
