摘要
以湖南电网历史运行实际数据为依据,分析了湖南电网负荷率、年最大负荷、年最大峰谷差和年平均峰谷差等电力负荷特性的现状和变化趋势,并根据湖南电网的电力负荷结构,进一步分析了湖南电网夏季与冬季的电力负荷率区别和湖南电网负荷率影响因素。研究表明湖南电网年负荷率正在逐年降低,而系统峰谷差在逐年增加,加强湖南电网负荷侧管理、做好削峰填谷工作已刻不容缓。
Based on the historical data , this paper analyzes the load rate, annual peak load , annual maximum peak-valley difference and annual average peak-valley difference of Hunan power grid . The difference of Hunan power grid load rate between summer and winter is researched according the power load structure . Finally , the influence factors of Hunan power grid load rate are analyzed . The result shows that annual load rate of Hunan power grid is decreasing , and the peak-valley difference is increasing year by year. It is urgent to strengthen demand side management and do well peak load shifting of Hunan power grid .
