摘要
本文从典型日负荷特性、调峰能力等方面对湖南电网负荷特性和调峰形势进行了深入分析,并对湖南电网的调峰资源进行总结,指出当前湖南电网调峰的难点,从加快辅助服务市场建设、实施峰谷电价等方面提出了调峰相关建议。
This paper makes a thorough analysis of the load characteristics and peak regulation situation of Hunan Power Grid in terms of typical daily load characteristics and peak regulation capacity, summarizes the peak-shaving resources and points out the difficulties in peak-shaving of Hunan Power Grid at present.This paper puts forward relevant suggestions on accelerating the construction of auxiliary service market and implementing peak-valley price.
