摘要
电动汽车的规模化发展对保障能源系统安全、促进新经济增长点的形成和节能减排都有积极作用。针对区域电动汽车的发展进行研究,构建了区域电动汽车的技术管理和市场运营模式和并网规划优化模型。针对现有系统网架结构,提出了一种智能充电方法,通过一个仿真算例对比研究了盲充、响应峰谷分时电价和智能充电3种情形下的并网电动汽车规模,研究结果表明在确保系统安全稳定的前提下,通过上述方法能够实现最大规模的电动汽车并网充电,从而验证了文中构建的运营模式和并网规划模型的合理性和先进性。
Large-scale development of electric vehicles (EV) makes positive contribution in following aspects: ensuring energy securiy, facilitating the formation of new economic growth point and energy-saving and pollutant emission reduction. In this paper the regional vehicle-to-grid operation mode is researched; a regional technical management mode for EV and a market operation mode for EV are constructed; and an optimal planning for grid-connected scale of EV is put forward. According to existing power network structure an intelligent charaging method is proposed, and through a simulation example, a comparative research on the scale of grid-connected EV is performed for three cases: the blind charging, namely the charaging following one's inclinations, the charging response to TOU pricing and intelligent chargeing. Research results show that under the prerequisite of ensuring power system security and stability, the largest scale of grid-connected charging of EV can be achieved by the proposed modes. Thus, both rationality and advancement of the constructed modes and the proposed optimal planning for grid-connected scale of EV are verified.
