摘要 天然产物丁香酚在各种香精的调配、精细化工、材料科学等方面的研究与应用十分广泛。现代医药学对丁香酚的生物活性开展了深入而细致的研究。研究表明,丁香酚对正常体温和发热均有降温作用,并可能通过影响视前区-下丘脑前部和弓状核温度敏感神经元的放电活动,引起弓状核区脑组织中PGE_2和cAMP含量的降低,增加体内精氨酸加压素的含量以及调节肝微粒体细胞色素P450和细胞色素b5的含量等途径,而发挥降温解热作用。 Eugenol as the natural product has been widely used in essences preparation, fine chemical engineering and advanced materials synthesis. The biological activities of eugenol also have been lucubrated through modern medicine methods.The antipyretic effect and mechanism of eugenol was reviewed in this paper. The research results showed that eugenol could reduce both fever and normal body temperature. The antipyretic mechanism of eugenol might perform through adjusting the activities of temperature-sensitive neurons in the region of preoptic-anterior hypothalamus(PO/AH) and arcuate nucleus, influencing PGE_2 and cAMP levels in arcuate nucleus, increasing arginine vasopressin content in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid, and adjusting cytochrome P450 and b5 in hepatocellular microsome.
