摘要
目的探讨丁香酚抑制酵母菌所致发热的机制。方法建立大鼠酵母菌性发热模型,观察丁香酚对大鼠直肠温度的影响,放免法测定大鼠血浆及脑脊液中精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的改变。结果皮下注射酵母混悬液后大鼠直肠温度明显升高(△T由-0.23℃升高至1.13℃,P<0.01),血浆及脑脊液中AVP含量也明显增加(分别由1.55,2.57ng/ml升高至2.03,4.29ng/ml,P<0.05),丁香酚能明显抑制酵母菌所致大鼠发热反应(△T由1.19℃降低至0.03℃,P<0.01),同时血浆及脑脊液中AVP含量也进一步增加(分别由2.03,4.29ng/ml升高至3.51,6.69ng/ml,P<0.05)。结论丁香酚通过增加体内AVP的含量而发挥其解热作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of eugenol in inhibiting yeast-induced fever in rats. Methods: Rat model of yeastinduced fever was established by subcutaneous injection of yeast. The effect of eugenol on rectal temperature of the rats was observed, and the changes of argiuine vasopressin (AVP) content in plasma and cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) were determined by using radioimmunoassay. Results:Subcutaneous injection of yeast signlfieantly increased rectal temperature ( A T from -0.23 ℃ to 1.13 ℃, P 〈 0.01 ) and AVP content in both plasma and CSF (from 1.55 to 2.03 ng/ml, from 2.57 to 4.29 ng/ml, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ). Eugenol significantly inhibited the yeast-induced fever ( AT from 1.19 ℃ to 0.03 ℃, P 〈 0.01 ) and further increased AVP contents both in plasma and CSF (from 2.03 to 3.51 ng/ml, from 4.29 to 6.69 ng/ml, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Eugenol may have antipyretie effect by increasing AVP content in rats.
