摘要
目的:探讨丁香酚抑制脂多糖所致发热的机制。方法:建立大鼠脂多糖性发热模型,观察丁香酚对大鼠直肠温度的影响,放免法测定大鼠血浆及脑脊液中精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的变化。结果:腹腔注射脂多糖溶液后大鼠直肠温度明显升高(P<0.01),血浆及脑脊液中AVP的含量也明显升高(P< 0.05);丁香酚能明显抑制脂多糖所致大鼠发热反应(P<0.01),同时血浆及脑脊液中AVP含量也进一步增加(P<0.05)。结论:丁香酚通过增加体内AVP的含量而发挥解热作用。
Objective:To study the mechanisms of eugenol suppressing LPS-induced fever in rats. Methods: Feverish rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection (i. p. ) of LPS. The effects of eugenol on rectal temperature of the rats were observed, and the changes of arginine vasopressin (AVP) content in plasma and CSF were determined with radioimmunoassay. Results: Intraperitoneal injection of LPS significantly increased rectal temperature (P〈0.01), AVP content in both plasma and CSF ( P 〈 0.05). Eugenol had markedly inhibitory effects on the LPS-induced fever in rats (P〈0.01), and AVP content in both plasma and CSF increased significantly (P〈0.05) after eugenol administration. Conclusions: Eugenol may have antipyretic effects by decreasing AVP content.
