摘要
目的观察中医辨证联合西药治疗小儿手足口病(HFMD)的临床疗效。方法将92例HFMD患儿随机分为2组,对照组46例予常规西药治疗,治疗组46例在对照组治疗基础上应用中医辨证治疗,2组均治疗1周,比较2组疗效,观察2组发热持续时间、手足皮疹或疱疹持续时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及总病程。结果治疗组痊愈率58.70%,对照组痊愈率39.13%,2组痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组发热持续时间、手足皮疹或疱疹持续时间及总病程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证联合西药治疗小儿HFMD疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine on the treatment of hand- foot- mouth disease（ HFMD） in children.Methods 92 children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups. 46 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine,and 46 cases in treatment group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of control group treatment,continuously treatment for 1 week. The curative effect was compared between two groups.The duration of fever,skin rash or herpes of hand and foot,the healing time of canker sore and the total course of disease were observed in two groups. Results There were statistical differences on cure rate between two groups（ P〈0. 05）,the curative effect in treatment group（ 58. 70%） was superior to control group（ 39. 13%）. The duration of fever,skin rash or herpes of hand and foot,the healing time of canker sore and the total course of disease in treatment group were shorter than those in two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine has exact effects on the treatment of HFMD.
