摘要
目的比较喜炎平与痰热清治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法将确诊为手足口病的100例患儿随机分为喜炎平组和痰热清组,比较2组患儿的退热时间、退疹时间、口腔溃疡消退时间和住院时间。结果 2组退热时间比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);2组手足皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡消退时间及平均住院时间比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01),表明喜炎平疗效优于痰热清。结论喜炎平治疗手足口病在皮疹和口腔溃疡消退方面效果优于痰热清。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Tanreqing and Xiyanping in treating hand foot and mouth disease. Methods 100 cases of diagnosed hand-foot-mouth disease patients were randomized into Xiyan- ping group and Tanreqing group. Elimination time for the fever, rash and oral ulcers and hospitalization time was compared. Results There was no statistical difference in elimination time for the fever between the 2 groups （P〉 0.05 ） ; the skin rash subsiding time, oral ulcer elimination time and the average hospitalization time all had a high degree of statistical difference （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Xiyanping is better than Tanreqing in treating hand-foot- mouth disease in eliminating skin and oral ulcer.
