摘要
为了增强人因工程教学的直观性,基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,以装配作业为对象,提出了一套装配作业人因工程综合评价方法,并介绍了装配作业人因工程实践平台的建立过程以及实现的主要功能。采用Visual Studio 2013编程软件和C#语言开发了装配作业人因工程评价实验平台,通过实验案例介绍本实验平台的实际使用效果以及应用价值。结果表明,该平台可以增强学生对人因工程知识的理解,为人因工程领域的实践与教学提供了行之有效的实验手段。
At present,the experimental construction of industrial engineering has been made a great progress,but there are still some limitations in practical teaching of the ergonomics analysis. In order to make the teaching more intuitive,an evaluation method of assembly operation is established in this paper based on the virtual assembly technology,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This research then developed an ergonomics experiment platform for the assembly operation using Visual Studio 2013 programming software and C # language.Realization of the ergonomics analysis platform for assembly operation,the effectiveness of main functions,and practical applications are discussed through a simulated experiment. This platform can enhance the students' understanding of the ergonomics and provide an effective experimental method for the ergonomics practice and teaching.
