摘要
针对B公司原料包装数量与生产节拍不匹配的问题,基于精益生产的思想,并结合人因工程学,在收集现有包装数据信息的前提下,依据企业实际产能制定包装和包装箱标准,运用PDCA实现持续改进。最终发现,通过实现包装标准化,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
By doing a research on the problem that the unbalance between the quantity of parts and cycle time for the company B,based on the lean product and the human engineering, while collecting the material package information, it drew up the packing standard according to productivity at present, the company finally achieved continuous improvement with PDCA method. It was proved by practice that the application of standardization of package increased the production rate and cut down the costs.
