摘要
分析了现有弹性夹头整体式卡爪的特点,结合卡盘结构将卡爪分解成几个零件再进行重新组合的思路,提出了一种组合式弹性夹头的结构,它降低了夹头对材料的要求,简化了加工手段,降低了热处理难度,节约了生产成本。
