摘要
某钻机马达齿轮精度要求较高,因材质特殊,价格昂贵,齿坯内孔加工余量小,经常需要返修,为此设计了一系列工装,分别以内孔、外圆、内孔为定位基准,采用互为基准、反复加工的原则。在普通车床上加工,保证了所要求的尺寸公差和形位公差,提高了工作效率。
A borer motor gear must be accurated in size. In the past the workpiece usually return to fix because of the special material, the expensive price and a small forging envelope of semifinished form bore. A series of jigs were designed, based on the bore, the outside circle, the inside bore respectively. Using each other benchmarks, the principles of repeatedly processing. In general lathe machining guarantee the requested size tolerances and geometric tolerance, and improve work efficiency.
