摘要
针对弹簧夹头寿命较低现状,提出采用渗碳轴承钢材料及相应的热处理工艺制作弹簧夹头。生产实践表明新型材料制作的弹簧夹头其使用寿命提高效果显著。
In view of the shorter service period of spring cartridge, new raw material, carburizing bearing steel and new heat - treatment process was used in manufacture of spring cartridge. Furthermore, production practice has showed that the service period of spring cartridge was prolonged. As a result, the good effect in production was obtained.
