摘要
介绍了ZYW-2000煤矿用全液压钻机中复合式胶套卡盘的设计研究过程,重点阐述了复合式胶套卡盘的基本结构、基本工作原理以及详细的设计计算,同时结合现场试验对复合式胶套卡盘中的重要零部件作了改进设计。
This paper introduced the process of researched of composite rubber sleeve chuck of ZYW-2000 mine-used, full hydraulic drilling machine and elaborated the basic structure, working principle and detailed design of the composite rubber sleeve chuck, and designed of improvement of important parts of composite rubber sleeve chuck combined with the field test.
