摘要
教师职业性向是教师专业化重要内容——情意性的主要体现,应成为新入职教师的重要考察部分。在入职新教师的性向考察机制中,谁来评价、评价什么、如何评价将直接关乎性向考察的信度和效度,需要深入探讨。作为监管教师准入和培育准教师的相关机构都应该思考如何确保具有良好教师性向的人员进入教师队伍。
Occupation aptitude is an important constituent to teachers, which is a critical part in teachers' assessment. At present, in the occupation aptitude evaluation, the conductor of the assessment, contents, and methods of assessment are influencing the reliability and validity of the outcome.Relevant organization supervising and cultivating teachers should think over how to recruit qualified teachers in the education course.
