摘要
作为一名合格教师,既要具备专业知识和技能,又要具备适合教育工作的人格特征和品质修养等职业性向。教师职业性向是促进教师持续发展的重要保障,是教师情意素养的总和。目前,我国还没有将职业性向纳入教师评价的考核机制。本文指出,职业性向理应成为教师评价的重要维度,特别要成为准教师入职评价的应有维度,这有利于我们从内容、形式、主体性等方面进行教师评价。
