摘要
以"创新发展"为理念的战略变革是"超强竞争"时代中国企业发展的必然选择,是国家和企业共同关心的一个重大问题。本文基于"抛弃政策"视角,聚焦组织内生性战略变革问题,采用了单案例(长春一汽)扎根分析方法,以探索组织记忆与组织遗忘互动的组织学习过程。提出了基于"抛弃政策"的战略变革过程模型,是在企业家精神这一内生性动力引导下,经由精神、制度和经营三层面的"有计划地抛弃的创新战略变革系统"实现的。在此基础上,通过对战略变革过程学派和内容学派的理论整合,探索以创新发展为核心的战略持续变革的内生性机理为目的,建立了"企业家精神+抛弃政策+组织学习"有机整合的理论框架。
In"hypercompetition" era, strategic change of innovative development is inevitable for China enterprise to develop and the one of major issues of the state and enterprises. The paper is based on abandonment and focused on endogenous strategic change of organization,it uses single-case(FAW) with grounded theory and explores the interactive process of organizational learning of organizational memory and organizational forgetting. The paper puts forward the process model of strategic change based on abandonment, the process model is under the guiding of the endogenous dynamic of entrepreneurship and is realized through the planning abandoning system of innovation strategic change with the three levels of spirit, institution and operation. In order to explore the endogenous mechanism of the continuous strategic change based on innovative development, the paper constructs the theoretical framework of the organic integration of" entrepreneurship + abandonment + organizational learning" by the integration of content and process school of strategic change theory.
