产能过剩背景下国有企业战略变革过程中的主导逻辑研究——以山东青州中联“水泥+”一体化转型为例 被引量:7

摘要 基于青州中联水泥战略变革过程的单案例纵向研究,深入探讨了产能过剩行业的国有企业战略转型背后的主导逻辑问题。研究发现产能过剩行业的国有企业战略转型过程中存在整合式差异化主导逻辑和创新共享主导逻辑两种类型;主导逻辑具有动态演化的特征属性,快速响应机制和杠杆撬动机制驱动了整合式差异化主导逻辑的形成,创新赋能机制和多元协同机制则驱动了整合式差异化主导逻辑向创新共享主导逻辑进一步演化。最后,进一步讨论了企业战略变革过程中的主导逻辑与行业逻辑脱耦和耦合的问题,并整合"熵"的原理具体分析了脱耦与耦合的过程机制。研究结果为传统企业的战略变革提供了理论参考和实践借鉴。 Excessive production capacity is the bottleneck that troubles the development of traditional industries such as cement.In the wider market environment,volatile,uncertain,complex and ambiguous have become the main characteristics of this industry.Companies feel stressed,so transformation and upgrading are urgent.Starting from the perspective of dynamic process,this study aims to explore the characteristics of the dominant logic and the theoretical framework of the evolution mechanism in the strategic transformation of state-owned?enterprises in industries with excess capacity.The research conclusion responds to the following research question:What is the dominant logic in the strategic change process of state-owned enterprises in industries with excess capacity?Does it change?How does it change?What is the mechanism of this change?Qingzhou CUCC under the jurisdiction of China United Cement Corporation was selected as the case study object to carry out a single case longitudinal study.The researchers conducted a detailed and in-depth field investigation of China United Cement Corporation by combining the methods of executive interview,archival data analysis and field observation,and then analyzed a large number of secondary data collected.Study follows the inductive logic,through qualitative coding,cognitive map and other specific analysis method of qualitative data.First,to map the Qingzhou CUCC"cement+"strategic change process,and then to summarize its implicit cognitive assumptions and logic behind.The advantage construction stage is dominated by integrated differentiated dominant logic,while the advantage enhancement stage is dominated by innovation shared dominant logic.Secondly,the dynamic evolution and process mechanism of the case enterprise are discussed.Finally,this paper further discusses the decoupling and coupling between the dominant logic and industry logic in the process of enterprise strategic change,and analyzes the process mechanism of decoupling and coupling by integrating the principle of"entropy".Through the case study of Qingzhou Zhonglian Company,it is concluded that there are two kinds of leading logic,namely integrated differentiation dominant logic and innovation sharing dominant logic,in the strategic transformation process of state-owned enterprises in industries with excess capacity.The dominant logic has the characteristic attribute of dynamic evolution.The rapid response mechanism and leverage mechanism drive the formation of integrated differentiated dominant logic,while innovation enabling mechanism and multiple collaborative mechanism drive the further evolution of integrated differentiated dominant logic to innovation shared dominant logic.Compared to differentiation game dominant logic which focus on positioning school’s view,integrated differentiated dominant logic of Qingzhou CUCC,prefers to resources and ability school’s point.Its focus is not rival,and the enterprise is committed to its own internal and external resource to develop and integrate to reduce costs,and then to build the ability of the integration of industrial chain advantage so as to realize the differentiation relative to competitors in order to create competitive advantage.The evolution process and mechanism of the dominant logic from integrated differentiated dominant logic to innovation shared dominant logic is revealed,and the more complex and comprehensive driving factors and process mechanism are discussed.In general,previous studies have focused more on the research question of"what"and"how"of the dominant logic,while this study has deepened the understanding of the dynamic evolution process of the dominant logic and its driving factors,and provided theoretical insights for the successful implementation of strategic changes in traditional enterprises.In practice,for state-owned enterprises similar to that of the case enterprise,this case provides a relatively complete strategic transformation process.In face of the external environment deterioration,the enterprise internal resources redundancy and organizational inertia,Qingzhou CUCC provides us with a kind of thinking mode and practice method,which focus on the internal resources to integrate to form a new competitive advantage and innovation and shared value to achieve sustainable business advantage.Secondly,enterprises need to take active actions to cope with internal and external challenges,and apply the principle of"entropy"to continuously stimulate organizational vitality and form dynamic core capabilities.In the future,the research on dominant logic should be based on exploratory case studies to construct and test more universal theories.
