摘要
围绕安全氛围与矿工安全行为的内涵,通过文献分析和定量分析,识别出安全氛围与矿工安全行为包含安全态度、工友行为、管理者关注度、安全监管、安全政策、安全教育、作业环境、安全遵守行为和安全参与行为9个潜变量。通过大量数据采集,运用多元统计分析工具及结构方程模型,构建安全氛围与矿工安全行为结构模型,并揭示模型作用机理。从改善安全氛围角度提出关于提高矿工安全行为的新方法,从而提升煤矿安全生产水平。
This paper focuses on the contents of safety atmosphere and the miners＇ safety behavior,by means of literature analysis and quantitative analysis, identify safety atmosphere and the miners＇ safety behavior which includes safety attitude, co-workers and managers attention behavior, safety supervision, security policy, security education, the working environment, comply with the safety behavior and safety involved in behaviors of nine latent variables. Through a lot of data collection and the using of the multivariate statistical analysis tools and structural equation model, building the model of security atmosphere structure and the miners＇ safety behavior,and revealing the mechanism of the model. From the perspective of improving safety atmosphere, put forward new ways to improve the miners＇ safety behavior, so as to enhance the level of coal mine safety production.
