摘要
脱岗是高校图书馆日常管理的顽症,冲击着制度的权威,影响着图书馆服务的有效提供。基于人文的视角,本文从组织认同、制度缺位、制度性不信任、馆员非理性利益表达等方面分析脱岗产生的深层次原因,针对图书馆、职能部门以及馆员自身,分别提出矫正脱岗现象的路径选择。
Off-site is a daily management problem of university library, which impose negative impact on the authority of the system and affect the effective provision of library services. This paper analyzes the deeper reasons for off-site from the perspectives of organizational identification, system absence, institution distrust and non-rational interest expression, and puts forward avoidance path on correction of off-site for library, functions and li- brarian.
