摘要
为探索安全行为与安全氛围的关系,引入中介变量工作生活质量对二者作用过程进行分析。在相关研究基础上,建立安全氛围、工作生活质量和安全行为的分析模型。设计并向大型施工企业(集团)发放调查问卷;利用回收的268份问卷数据,采用中介效应法对变量关系进行实证检验。结果表明:安全氛围越好,员工对工作生活质量感知越高,越重视安全行为;工作生活质量在安全氛围和安全行为的关系中起部分中介作用。企业未来强调安全行为时,不仅需要关注安全氛围的构建,还需要进一步重视员工的心理需求,完善相关组织制度。
In order to explore the effect of enterprise safety climate on safety behavior, quality of working life was introduced as an intermediate variable. A model was built for analyzing the relationship among safety behavior, safety climate and quality of working life. A questionnaire was designed and copies were distributed in a certain large-scale construction enterprise in China. On basis of information provided by respondents, the relations among safety climate, quality of work life and safety behavior were investigated using intermediary effect method. The results show that both more favorable safety climate and higher per- ception of quality of working life make employee pay more attention to safety behavior, which meams quali- ty of working life plays an intermediary role in relation between safety climate and safety behavior. The construction enterprises should not only focus on building safety climate, but also further put more empha- sis on employees＇psychological needs and improve related organizational systems.
