摘要 为了满足空间光通信系统对光接收端探测灵敏度的要求,设计了一种高灵敏度空间光通信光接收机系统。介绍了该光接收机系统的组成原理及提高探测灵敏度的方法,包括优化光放大器结构、调节滤波器参数和优化APD的工作状态,并进行了样机的系统测试。试验结果表明,该光接收机系统可实现10Gb/s高速率空间光通信的高灵敏度探测。 In this paper, a high sensitivity optical receiver for meeting the requirement of the detection sensi- tivity in free-space optical (FSO) communication is proposed. The fundamental structure and principle of the receiver system is presented as well as the approaches for improving the sensitivity which consist of lowering the noise factor of the EDFA by optimizing its structure, enhancing the SNR by tuning the parameters of the optical filter which could reduce the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) noise, and optimizing the APD in the best state by adjusting the bias voltage and temperature, then the system tests of the prototype are carded out. It is experimentally shown that high sensitivity detection in high rate FSO communication with 10Gb/s couldbe implemented by the optical receiever.
