摘要
文章对光纤通信系统接收部分中的光电探测器做一个综合的分析与展望。分析了传统PIN光电探测器性能的局限,对几种新型光电探测器(RCE-PD;WGPD;RFPD;SL-APD;MSM;UTC-PD)的工作原理及特点作了简要论述,并报道了各自的最新研究进展和成果。
