双面受火钢骨-方钢管混凝土柱的温度场分析 被引量:2

摘要 研究相邻两面受火情况下钢骨-方钢管混凝土柱截面温度场分布,设计了钢骨-方钢管柱在ISO-834标准升温情况下的温度场试验,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立模型,与试验结果比较,验证模型和计算程序的可靠性.研究表明,与四面受火下截面温度分布形式相比,相邻两面受火下截面温度整体偏低,材料损伤相对较轻,但截面温度近似沿对角线对称分布,这种分布会导致初始挠度与附加的偏心距.在工程常用范围内,分析了多个参数对钢骨-方钢管混凝土截面温度场的影响规律,结果表明,升温时间和截面边长对截面温度场分布影响较大.研究可为相邻两面受火情况下钢骨-方钢管混凝土柱的设计和耐火性能分析提供理论基础. A test was done and a numerical model was established with the software ANSYS to study the temperature distribution in square steel tubes filled with steel reinforced concrete under adjacent two-sided fires. The reliability of the approach was validated by the good agreement between the theoretical results and the experimental data at elevated temperature. The temperature distributions of the square cross-sections in adjacent two-sided and four-sided fires were analyzed based on the numerical model, and the results indicate that the cross-sectional temperature in a two-sided fire is lower and the material deterioration is slighter than that in a four-sided fire. The cross-sectional temperature distribution is approximately diagonal and symmetrical in an adjacent two-sided fire. Consequently, it leads to initial deflection and additional load eccentricity. The effects of parameters on the cross-sectional temperature distribution of square steel tubes filled with steel reinforced concrete (CFSTs) were analyzed. The results show that the exposure time and size of the cross section have significant effects on the temperature distribution of CFSTs. The results will provide theoretical basis for analysis of adjacent two-sided fire resistance performance and fire design of CFSTs.
