摘要
新型交叉学科的创新与崛起使生态学中的生态位理论开始走入高等教育研究者的视野,被用以探求高等学校生存、发展、竞争、演化等重要问题,并逐步形成了高校生态位相关理论。高校生态位研究不仅可以从理论上丰富高等教育学及教育生态学的学科体系,更能从实践上促进高校合理定位、彰显特色,在复杂嬗变的竞争环境中实现可持续发展。纵观已有研究成果,高校生态位理论已经渗透到高校研究的各个方面,但总体起步较晚,研究深度有待进一步挖掘,尚存基本概念体系模糊、研究范式单一、实证分析不足等问题。今后的研究应在廓清概念的基础上,丰富与扩展跨学科视野,加强实证问题研究,实现研究方法的多元化。
The innovation and rise of new type interdisciplinary bring the niche theory in ecology into the view of higher education researchers, which are used for studying the survival, growth, competition and evolution problems of colleges and universities, and formed some related theories about the ecological niche in colleges and universities. The research on the ecological niche in colleges and universities can not only enrich the discipline system in higher education and ecology of education theoretically, but also can promote colleges and universities to position reasonably, to highlight their characteristic, and to achieve sustainable development in the complicated and changing environment practically. According to the previous research achievements, we can see the theory of ecological niche in colleges and universities has permeated into various aspects in higher education research, but in general, the previous researches are neither mature nor deep enough. There are still some problems like the basic conceptual system is obscure, the research paradigm is simplex, and the empirical analysis is scarce. The future study should be done on the basis of clarifying the concept, then to enrich and widen the inter- discipline vision, to strengthen the empirical research, and to realize the pluralism of research methods.
