摘要
地方高校是高等教育生态系统的重要组成部分,与其他类型高校存在竞争与合作的关系,共同承担建设工程教育强国的使命。地方高校新工科改革与生态位理论在生态位宽度、生态位态势、生态位重叠等多个维度存在耦合。生态位理论的引入有利于厘清地方高校的内部优势、劣势和外部的机会、挑战,建议地方高校推进校地融合、强化动态调整、坚持错位发展、加强质量治理,在共生发展中实现新工科改革有位有为。
Local universities,an important part of the higher education ecosystem,have a relationship of competition and cooperation with other types of universities,and jointly undertake the mission of building a strong country in engineering education.The niche theory and the emerging engineering reform of local universities are coupled in multiple dimensions such as niche width,niche situation and niche overlap.The introduction of niche theory is conducive to clarifying the internal advantages and disadvantages external opportunities and threats of local universities.It is recommended that local universities promote university-city integration,strengthen dynamic adjustments,adhere to dislocation development,strengthen quality governance.The emerging engineering reform can make great achievements in symbiotic development.
