围绕食品安全风险交流的概念,阐述了对风险交流的理解和认识,并结合风险交流工作实际,总结了风险交流工作中的心得和经验,最后就当前食品安全风险交流工作面临的困难和挑战,提出了合理的、操作性强的意见和建议。
The paper focuses on the food safety risk communication, elaborated on the understanding and awareness of risk communication, combined with the knowledge and experience, summarizes the risk communication work experience, and finally to the difficulties and challenges of the current food safety risk communication work faces.It proposed a rea- sonable, workable ideas and suggestions.
