基于Deform-3D的地质钻杆六方接头空心坯开式反挤压工艺参数分析 被引量:2

摘要 应用有限元分析软件Deform-3D,对地质钻杆六方接头空心坯料的开式反挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟。研究了入模半角、入模口引导区长度、断面收缩率对挤压成形力及成形质量的影响。模拟结果显示:随着入模半角的增大和断面收缩率的增加都会使成形力显著提高;适当地增加入模口引导区长度,可避免刮料的产生。工艺试验表明,优化后的工艺参数能有效降低接头的挤压成形力,提高成形质量。 With the help of finite element analysis software Deform-3D, the open-type inverted extrusion process of hollow billet for six square joint of geological drilling was simulated. And some factors affecting the forming force and forming quality, such as the entrance half angle of convex mold, the length of boot area and ratio of section reduction were analyzed. The simulation results show that the form- ing force increases markedly with the increase of the entrance half angle of convex mold and the ratio of section reduction ; and properly in- creasing in the length of boot area contributes to avoid scraping. The process test shows that the optimized parameters can effectively re- duce the forming force in extruding joint, and improve the forming quality.
