摘要
目的探讨血小板CD62p表达率与血小板输注效果的关联性。方法根据血小板输注后1及24 h血小板计数增加值(CCI),将黄石市中心医院115名患者分为输注有效组(n=94)和无效组(n=21)。选择2013年6月-2014年12月符合无偿捐献血小板标准的献血者血小板115份,采用SEPSA排除血小板相关抗体引起的血小板输注无效,使用流式细胞术检测输注前CD62p表达水平。结果血小板输注有效组血小板CD62p表达率(10.3±3.2)%高于无效组(21.8±5.2)%(P<0.05),血小板CD62p表达率与1h CCI(r=-0.423,P<0.001)和24 h CCI(r=-0.541,P<0.001)有相关性。结论血小板CD62p表达率对血小板输注效果有影响,血小板CD62p表达率越高,CCI越低,血小板输注效果越差。
Objective To study the relationship between platelet transfusion efficacy and the expression of platelet marker CD62p. Methods 115 platelets concentrates were obtained from heahhy donors by Amicus separator from June 2013 to December 2014. According to the corrected count of increment （ CCI）, the patients were divided into efficient transfusion and inefficient transfusion group. The platelets concentrates of CD62p were detected by flow cytometry successively. Results The expression of CD62p in efficient transfusion group （10. 3 ± 3.2） % increased significantly from inefficient transfusion group （21.8 ±5. 2）% （P 〈0. 05）. In the study, a linear relationship between the expression of platelets marker CD62p and CCI was found. Conclusion It is concluded that the expression of platelets marker CD62p reflects the variations of quality of platelct, and can be used to evaluate precisely the efficacy of transfusion.
