摘要
建立了流式细胞术检测活化血小板的方法并作了方法学方面的探讨，同时比较了几种抗活化血小板特异性单克隆抗体的特点。实验结果表明：该法结果准确，特异性和灵敏度高，能检出２％以上的活化血小板，并可反映单个或亚群血小板质膜上活化抗原的变化，为研究血小板活化提供了一种新方法。
ctivated platelets was detected by flow cytometry(FCM),and the methodological factors were preliminarily studied.The reactive properties in 5 types of specific monoclonal antibodies against acti-vated platelets was compared.The results showed that FCM is accurate and had distinct specificity and sufficient sensitivity that as much as 2% activated platelets among nonnal platelets can be checked out.FCM is able to reflect the change of activated antigen of plasma membrane on individual platelet or platelet subpopulation,and thus provides a new method for studying platelet activation.
