摘要
为了解苏州市儿童血清中微量元素的含量,用OlympusAu 40 0 (日本)全自动生化分析仪检测了苏州大学附属儿童医院儿保门诊3 5 0例体检儿童血清中的微量元素含量。结果表明,本地区儿童血清中Ca、P、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn含量依次为:(2 .3 4±0 . 1 4)mmol/L、(1 .5 8±0 . 2 3 )mmol/L、(0 .89±0 . 1 1 )mmol/L、(2 4. 62±5 .0 5 ) μmol/L、(1 5 . 0 2±5. 63 ) μmol/L、(2 0 . 86±5 . 74) μmol/L。男、女儿童间Ca、P、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn含量差异无显著性(P值均>0 . 1 0 ) ;在不同年龄组间,Mg、Zn含量差异无显著性(P值均>0 . 1 0 ) ,Ca、P、Cu、Fe含量差异显著(P值均<0 .0 1 ) ;Fe含量随年龄的增长而逐步增加,Ca含量随年龄的增长而逐步降低。
To know the content of trace elements in serum of children is Suzhou city,the content of Ca,P,Mg,Cu,Fe and Zn in serum of 350 children was detected with Olympus Au-400(Japan).The results show that the content of Ca,P,Mg,Cu,Fe,and Zn in serum is(2.34±0.14)mmol/L,(1.58±0.23)mmol/L,(0.89±0.11)mmol/L,(24.62±5.05)μmol/L,(15.02±5.63)μmol/L and(20.86±5.74)μmol/L.The content of these elements in serum between boys and girls is no different( P >0.10).Among the different ages,the content of Mg and Zn is no different( P >0.10),but the content of Ca,P,Cu and Fe is different( P <0.01).By the increase of ages,the content of Fe increases step by step,and the content of Ca reduces step by step.
