摘要
目的:研究12味中药颗粒逆转对多种常见耐药菌的耐药效果。方法:选取6种耐药菌作为实验菌种,测定黄芩、黄连、黄柏等12味中药颗粒的最低抑菌浓度,并对逆转的耐药性以及最佳培养浓度进行测定。结果黄芩、黄连、大黄、黄柏、汉防己以及鱼腥草6味中药颗粒剂对多种耐药菌的最低抑菌浓度均在0.031g/ml以下,具有较强的抑菌作用;中药逆转耐药菌对对应耐药抗生素的耐药性较低。结论:中药黄芩、黄连、大黄、黄柏、汉防己以及鱼腥草等配方颗粒体外逆转临床常见细菌后对应耐药抗生素的耐药性有很大的提高。
Objective: To study the drug resistance of clinical common bacteria in vitro for 12 herbs formula particles. Methods: Selecting six kinds of drug- resistant strains as experimental,minimum inhibitory concentration of 12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine skullcap,berberine,golden cypress,etc. and the reversal of drug resistance and optimal culture concentration were measured. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentration for multiple drug- resistant of 6herbs granules including skullcap,berberine,rhubarb,golden cypress,tetrandrine and cordate houttuynia were 0. 031 g / ml or less,and had a strong inhibitory effect;Chinese medicine to reverse drug- resistant resistance to the corresponding antibiotic resistance was low. Conclusion: Chinese medicine including skullcap,berberine,rhubarb,golden cypress,tetrandrine and houttuynia particles and other formulations of common bacteria in vitro clinical correspondence after reversing drug resistance antibiotic resistance has greatly improved.
