摘要
双黄连制剂与连花清瘟制剂都是纯中药制剂。双黄连制剂由3种中药按一定比例配成,连花清瘟制剂由13味中药按一定比例配成,两类药剂包含金银花、板蓝根、连翘、黄芩等中药,这些中药大部分属于清热解毒药物,在镇痛、增强免疫力、抗菌、清热解毒、抗病毒等方面具有显著功效,在临床上常用于治疗肺炎、风热感冒、口腔疾病等。为更好了解两类药剂的作用机制与临床效果,该文主要详细阐述两类药剂药理作用机制、临床应用及不良反应等3个方面。
Shuanghuanglian preparation and Lianhua Qingwen preparation are pure traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Shuanghuanglian preparation is made up of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in a certain proportion,and Lianhua Qingwen preparation is made up of 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in a certain proportion.The two medicines include honeysuckle,isatis root,forsythia,scutellaria and other traditional Chinese medicines.It has significant effects in analgesic,immune enhancement,antibacterial,heat-clearing and detoxifying,anti-viral,etc.,and are commonly used in the treatment of pneumonia,wind heat cold,oral diseases,etc.In order to better understand the mechanism of action and clinical effect of the two drugs,this paper mainly elaborates the pharmacological mechanism,clinical application and adverse reactions of the two drugs.
