International experiences and lessons on controlling bacterial resistance

摘要 随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌耐药性问题已成为国际社会关注的焦点。滥用抗生素可引发严重的后果,如促进感染的死亡率,增加医药费用负担,延长住院时间等。本文从抗生素的滥用与研发阐述了产生细菌耐药性的原因,系统总结了国际社会控制抗生素滥用的措施与经验,以期对我国控制抗生素滥用问题提供可借鉴的措施与经验。 With the widespread use and misuse of antibiotics, bacterial resistance to currently available antibiotics has become the focus of global attention. Resistant bacteria could lead to serious consequences, such as increasing the mortality rate of infection and treatment cost, extending hospital stays. This article analyzed the current causes of bacterial resistance from the abuse of antibiotics and the lack of new antibiotics, and summarized the international experiences and lessons in order to provide recommendations for China.
