摘要
目的:观察自拟杞荷祛脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清瘦素及性激素的影响。方法:选择2013年5月—2014年5月期间在本院接受诊治的非酒精性肝患者80例,根据随机数字表法随机分为A组和B组,每组40例,同时选取40名健康志愿者作为C组。A组给予自拟杞荷祛脂方治疗,B组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊口服治疗,C组不给予任何药物治疗。结果:A组有效率92.50%,B组有效率75.00%,A组优于对照组(P<0.05);A组和B组治疗后ALT、AST、TG、CHOL水平均优于治疗前(P<0.01),A组治疗后ALT、AST、TG、CHOL水平均优于B组(P<0.05);A组ALT、AST、TG,CHOL水平与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组治疗后LP优于B组(P<0.05),与C组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组治疗后雌二醇及总睾酮比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟杞荷祛脂方能明显降低非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清瘦素,但性激素水平无明显变化。
Objective： To observe the influence of Qihe Lipid-Eliminating Formula on the serum leptin and sex hormone in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD）. Methods： Totally 80 patients with NAFLD hospitalized between May,2013 and May,2014 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 40 cases in each group,and simultaneously 40 healthy volunteers were selected as group C. Group A were given Qihe Lipid-Eliminating Formula,group B were orally given Shuifei Jibin Capsules while group C weren’t given any drug. Results： The effective rate was 92. 50% in group A and 75. 00% in group B,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TG and CHOL in group A and group B were better than these before the treatment（ P 〈 0. 01） and these in group A were better in group B（ P 〈 0. 05）,while the difference of them between group A and group C had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. After the treatment,the level of LP in group A was better than that in group B（ P 〈 0. 05）,but the difference of the level of LP between group A and group C had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. The levels of estradiol and testosterone between the three groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Qihe Lipid-Eliminating Formula can significantly decrease the levels of the serum leptin in patients with NAFLD,but it has little influence on the level of sex hormone.
