摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)因其患病基数大,病情发展复杂,近年来备受各界关注。当前学者们通过一系列的相关试验研究,在探索NAFLD潜在的发病机制以及利用新药物和针灸、中药等手段治疗NAFLD的方面取得了理想的效果。文章通过对相关文献资料的阅读总结,将NAFLD可能存在的发病机制以及中、西医治疗本病的最新进展进行概括论述,以期为临床工作提供参考。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has attracted attention from all walks of life in recent years because of its large prevalence and complicated development.Through a series of related experimental studies,current scholars have achieved ideal results in exploring the potential pathogenesis of NAFLD and the use of new drugs,acupuncture,and Chinese medicine to treat NAFLD.This article summarizes the possible pathogenesis of NAFLD and the latest progress of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of this disease through reading and summarizing related literature and materials,in order to provide a reference for clinical work.
